He moderates the stage conversation series, "Front Row LIVE!", at the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC), which is streamed globally. He produces and moderates live stage events at many other venues. John teaches a master class on interviewing and gives lectures on turning one's passion into a profession.
John is the founding host and producer of ON THE SCENE.

John has put his mark on major stories.
He weathered severe conditions to report extensively on Superstorm Sandy and Hurricane Irene. He covered the death of Whitney Houston and he is the only TV reporter who was inside the courtroom for the entire web cam spy trial of Dharun Ravi. He covered Presidential campaign events with Barack Obama and George W. Bush. In addition, he was an eyewitness to the September 11th attack on the World Trade Center and covered its aftermath.
Numerous networks and cable channels have aired John's work.
He has reported live on CNN, CNN Headline News, and the Weather Channel. Reports by John have appeared on MSNBC, CNBC, NBC News Channel, affiliate stations of ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN.
Previously John was a segment producer and writer at KYW-TV and reporter and news anchor at WMGM-TV.
He earned a masters degree in Journalism from the prestigious Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
